About Little Victories
Little Victories is a 501(c)(3) non-profit sensory gym for children with Disabilities and their typical peers, serving the local Palm Harbor and surrounding areas. We offer a safe, engaging, and inclusive sensory gym where children can explore, move, and grow at their own pace, while caregivers find community and support. This is a great space to share our journey, the impact we are making, and the stories of the families we have touched. Little Victories stands out as a place of hope, growth, and inclusivity, and we are dedicated to making a difference in the lives of children with ALL abilities.
Little Victories was founded by parents of a daughter with Down Syndrome who know, firsthand, the challenges and triumphs of this journey. Her strength, resilience, and our deep love for this community inspires everything we do.

Meet Scarlett!
The Inspiration for Little Victories Gym
Welcome to our sensory gym, inspired by our vibrant daughter, Scarlett. At just 7 years old, Scarlett embodies joy, love, and, proving that every child deserves the chance to thrive. With her zest for life—whether she’s dancing to Disney tunes or conquering rollercoasters—Scarlett reminds us of the strength and spirit within every child, especially those with Down Syndrome. Enduring many health complications since the day she was born, she is stronger than ever.

Our Story
When we first learned our baby girl might be born with Down Syndrome, our world shifted. The fear, the uncertainty, and the heartbreaking questions weighed heavy on us. We didn’t know what life would look like for her—or for us. But we chose to take it one day at a time. Today, our daughter is a beacon of light—filling our days with joy, resilience, and boundless love. In her, we found strength we didn’t know we had. But we also discovered just how few local resources exist for children like her. What began as a dream—to build a safe, inclusive space for kids with special needs—quickly became a calling.
As we connected with other families navigating similar paths—raising children with Down Syndrome, autism, and other developmental challenges—we realized we weren’t alone. We heard the same stories of struggle and the same longing for a place where our children could grow, move, and thrive without barriers. In this journey, we’ve learned to celebrate the tiniest milestones—those Little Victories that take weeks, months, or even years to reach. A first step. A smile. A word. These moments are everything—and they deserve a place to shine.
